The Youth Leadership Structure (YLS) – this is a platform through which ABENENGO FOR DEVELOPMENT mobilises, engages and nurtures youth for leadership. It elects youth leaders who represent the youth in the Executive Board and participate in youth activities through close coordination with the Secretariat. The Youth MP elected in the Constituency Youth Discussion Group (CYDG) sits in the ABENENGO FOR DEVELOPMENT Executive Board as the Organising Secretary, while Youth MCAs elected in the Ward Youth Discussion Groups (WYDGs) participate in implementing the organisation’s activities through the Secretariat.
